Welcome to No Workout Weight Loss! 

I started this site to help women lose weight and to challenge the notion that you must incorporate fitness to lose fat. I’ll share what has consistently helped me lose “those last 10 pounds” using a food (and follow through) based approach.

Without grueling workouts or complicated food calculations.

Without feeling hungry or deprived.

Without invasive surgeries or procedures.

You’ll find tips and tactics I used in my initial weight loss journey where I lost 30 pounds and 29 inches in just five months.
